1. Shipping Coverage (UAE Only)

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
No international shipping is available at the moment.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders placed before our daily cut-off are processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after cut-off, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We work quickly to ensure your products are packed securely and dispatched without delay.


3. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe within the UAE is:

(Depending on your city and courier availability)

We use trusted local delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message by email or SMS with tracking details (if applicable) from our delivery partner.


5. Damaged or Broken Items

Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

We will:

✔ Collect the damaged item

✔ Send a replacement at no additional cost

To speed up the process, please provide clear photos/videos of the damage when contacting us.


6. Pre-Orders

We currently do not offer pre-orders.
All listed products are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.


7. Store Pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
All orders are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.
